Before
The Arts and Crafts house as it appeared when we were first commissioned to work with the Van Herks.
After
The front was skilfully landscaped to a Victoria Trueman design and the dwelling adjusted to incorporate a new entrance gable.
Before
At the rear the was a very defined separation between the house and the gardens principle lawn. The number and location of dormer windows being a reflection of the split level of the home.
After
The transition from house to garden was completely reconsidered to improve the flow of spaces and the roof re-designed to allow better usage of the available space.
