An 18th century Grade II listed house with a modern, minimal glass extension and glazed link.

High Crouch is a grade II listed building built in the 1700’s. To the rear of the original dwelling there has been a two storey early Victorian addition that runs the whole length of the existing property.

The client wished to create a space that was truly special and completely different in character from the beautiful original dwelling.

The result is a sensationally inviting and comfortable space the draws the landscape into the internal environment whatever time of year thanks to the minimal section of the 2.5 x 2.5m glazed panels.
