o   Technically knowledgeable and has a good eye for detail

o   Proficient in Autocad

o   Ideally has a specialist interest such as VR, BIM, Eco, Conservation

o   Experienced on live projects

o   Able to work independently as well as in a team

o   Experienced in preparation of working drawings

o   Experienced in contract administration
